Enthusiastic with tonnes of energy, Aaron Smith is no stranger to hard work. An entrepreneur from an early age, he started a fire wood business when he was just in high school which he ran for four years. He then went on to complete a BBS Property Valuation and Management, followed by his real estate license all while managing a Dairy Farm in Southland during his holidays.

Aaron believes in the saying, “it isn’t the cards you’re dealt, it’s how you play the game,” and as such understands that he’s the master of his own success. He’s highly motivated and committed to ensuring a positive outcome for his clients. Open communication with clients is all part of a successful result and he’s committed to ensuring his clients are always kept in the loop and able to make informed decisions along the way.

Since moving from his family farm in the South to Auckland, Aaron has called Albany home. He loves what Albany offers in terms of amenities but that it still has a small town feel, not too crowded but with plenty to offer. He believes in a balanced life, and for eight years he represented his provinces – Southland and then North Harbour – in rugby.
