Having been in the real estate industry since 1993, Russell Barnes is a Commercial expert based in Hastings.

Referring to the industry as ‘fitting pieces of the puzzle together”, Russell’s strategic, innovative mind is always thinking outside the box and creating deals that suit individual needs.  With a huge network in the Bay area, Russell finds his success through his ability to build relationships and facilitate successful negotiations.

As the Commercial Sales Manager for the Hawkes Bay, Russell enjoyed the challenge of managing, leading and being a part of the greater sales team in the region, but missing the excitement of the “puzzle”, Russell recently decided to return to consultancy both selling and leasing commercial properties in the Bay region. 

With his solid industry experience, local knowledge and vast network, Russell offers a service second to none.
